PURPOSE:To make establishment of a packet exchanging call and a line exchanging call unnecessary by extracting data transferred from a sub-address information element included in an incoming call request, and then rejecting the incoming call request when an incoming side ISDN terminal receives an incoming call request from an ISDN network. CONSTITUTION:A SETUP message 10 including the sub-address information element where the transfer data are set in sent from a transmitting side ISDN terminal (CLG) 1. An ISDN network(NW) 2 determines an incoming call side ISDN terminal (CLD) 3, sends an incoming SETUP message 21, and sends a CALL PROCEEDING message 11 to the CLG 1. In the CLD 3, a data extracting device (DOT) 7 extracts the transfer data from the sub-address information element included in the incoming SETUP message 21, and returns an incoming rejection RELEASE COMPLETE message 22 to the NW 2. By receiving the RELEASE COMPLETE message 22, the NW 2 executes normal releasing processing for the CLG 1. Thus, the establishment of the packet exchanging call or the line exchanging data call can be made unnecessary. |
