<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a picture in intended composition on a high vision basis by outputting a signal generated by means of a signal generating means to generate the signal for one line from the three lines of a MUSE signal as an NTSC signal. CONSTITUTION:A first PLL circuit 4 locks a synchronization detecting signal detected from the output signal of an A/D converter 3, and generates sampling signals at 16.2MHz and 32.4MHz. A signal generating circuit 5 generates a signal for one line from the three lines of the MUSE signal digitized by the A/D converter 3. In addition, the signal generated by the signal generating circuit 5 is converted to an analog signal by a D/A converter 6, and outputted as the NTSC signal. Thus, the picture in the composition intended on the basis of the high vision can be obtained by a simple scanning line number conversion.</p> |
