A book covering sheet 1 comprises a roll of transparent plastics material 2 having a strip of adhesive adjacent each longitudinal side edge covered by a peel-off strip 4. To form the covering material into a wallet the material is cut to a pre-set length and cut and folded about top, bottom and side fold lines 16 and a central fold line 17. The flaps thus formed are folded over and bonded together by removing the peel off strip 4 from the adhesive to form a wallet. The adhesive may extend transversely across the sheet. A number of spaced-apart longitudinally and/or transversely extending adhesive strips may be provided. <IMAGE> |
