PURPOSE:To enable a stable uniform driving state to be secured without being influenced from ambient temperature difference and to enable functions of ink drying time or the like to be extremely effectively and quickly exhibited by a method wherein two subheads are pinched between an intermediate member and a pressing member, a heater is installed to an outer peripheral surface of the pressing member, and voltage is impressed to the heater. CONSTITUTION:A heater 12 is attached to an outer peripheral surface of a pressing member 11 by pressure with screw setting or the like, and a subhead 9, the pressing member 11, and the heater 12 on an opposed side to a central axle of an intermediate member 10 are fixed or attached by pressure in the same way. When voltage is impressed to the two heaters 12, temperature of the pressing member 11 and the intermediate member 10 which are composed of high thermal conductivity metal materials rises quickly and they are heated in a state in which a positional temperature gradient is small. Then, heat quantity is transmitted to the subhead 9 via a contact surface to the subhead 9, and simultaneously is transmitted to the subhead 9 from a inner surface on a subhead 9 side of the intermediate member 10 and the pressing member 11 via air as a medium. The heat quantity transmitted to the subhead 9 from two systems of heat transmission and heat conduction paths is transmitted to all passages of two subheads 9 in a uniform state and extremely quickly and the ink inside the passage is heated to keep temperature. |
