PURPOSE:To obtain a small and light air cushion by installing an elastic tube with a burning agent attached inside, in an external back in an integrated form as well as by opening an air inlet port to the external back. CONSTITUTION:For a gas sucking air cushion, an elastic tube 3 with a burning agent 2 attached inside is installed in an inner wall of a car body that forms an external back 1 of lantern shape in development, in spiral or in vertical string, in an integrated form, and the burning agent attached inside the elastic tube 3 is ignited by an ignitor in collision between cars. The elastic tube 3 is developed instantly by the tension of the tube, and by the development, the external back 1 integrated with the elastic tube 3 is also instantly developed, reducing the inside to negative pressure, and the indoor air is sucked from an air inlet port 4 opened to the external back in the external back, for the protection of a riding person from the impact by means of the tension of the developed external back 1 and of the tube 3. |
