<p>PURPOSE: To measure a flow rate without affected by the flow direction of a fluid by incorporating an electric resistor inside a rotation-symmetrical body of a good thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: The sensor comprising a rotation-symmetrical body 10 having the surface of rotation symmetry type which is exposed to the continuous flow of a fluid and which exchanges heat with the fluid and an electric resistor 14 which reaches to a preset temperature when a current is applied, obtains a flow rate of fluid by measuring the current supplied. The rotation-symmetrical body 10 comprises the surface formed of a material of good thermal conductivity and a pocket-like hole 12 at the center of which the electric resistor 14 is incorporated, and, the electric resistor 14 in the hole maintains a good thermal conductivity to the wall surface of the hole. The electric resistor 14 comprises an NTC resistor or a metal film resistor, and connected to the wall surface of the pocket-like hole 12 with a bonding agent of a conductive metal (for example, silver).</p> |
