The equipment is used for supplying a constant infinitesimal flux of liquid without an effect to a level of a service tank. The equipment comprises a pinion gear (1a) installed on a rotary shaft (1), rack gears (2e,2e') geared with the pinion gear and alternatively operating pistons (2,2'), a pipe (9) connected to a cylinder (2b') via a check ball (8), and a buffer tank (3) connected to a hole (2c') of a cylinder (2c') with a pipe (4) and also connected to an external service tank with a pipe (5).
