PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition capable of imparting adhesiveness, resistance to contents and hot water to a polyurethane adhesive by blending an organic polyisocyanate and polyol with an oxyacid of phosphorus (derivative), carboxylic acid compound (anhydride) and epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by blending (B) preferably about 0.05-5wt.% oxyacid of phosphorus or a derivative thereof, such as (condensed) phosphate, (C) preferably about 0.05-10wt.% carboxylic acid compound, such as acetic acid, or anhydride thereof and (D) preferably about 1-30wt.% epoxy resin which is a reaction product of, e.g., bisphenol A with epichlorohydrin, in (A) a mixture of (i) an organic polyisocyanate, such as aliphatic diisocyanate, with (ii) a polyol, such as polyester polyol. |
