发明名称 SLIP CONTROL DEVICE FOR FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain running stability by controlling the operation of a braking means or braking means & output control means to lower, in accordance with one of the control patterns, a driving torque on two wheels on which a slip beyond a specified limit is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a slip on the ground of either two of wheels is detected to be over a specified limit by a slip detection means 1, the judgement means 2 judges that a combination of these two wheels is either of six combinations consisting of either two or the wheels. A control means 3 makes a brake means 4 or brake means & output control means 5 operate based on the judgement result to lower, in accordance with one of the control patterns predetermined according to each of six combinations, a driving torque on two wheels on which a slip beyond a specified limit is detected. Thus running stability of the vehicle can be maintained without making such incidents as may produced yawing to suppress lowering of such driving characteristics as acceleration, running properties, etc. of the vehicle.
