摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain cryoprecipitate contg. fibrinogen at a low ratio by providing a line for supplying a physiological salt soln. to be added to the thick red blood cell liquid which is separated from a membrane type plasma separator and is returned to a donor and an auxiliary filtrate plasma line for supplying lean cryoprecipitate. CONSTITUTION:This separating device consists of a line 21 for adding and transporting an anticoagulant to blood, the membrane type plasma separator 2 for separating this blood to a blood cell component and a plasma component, a cooler 12 for controlling the separated plasma to -10 to 6 deg.C, a filter 8 loaded with a membrane of 0.1 to 10mu pore size for separating the plasma from the cooler 12 to rich cryoprecipitate and lean cryoprecipitate, and a storage vessel 13 kept at <=6 deg.C to house the rich cryoprecipitate passed through the filter. the blood return line 19 to return the thick red blood cell liquid which is the blood cell component separated from the membrane type plasma separator 2 to the donor is provided to this device. The replenishing liquid such as physiological salt soln. is mixed with the thick red blood cell liquid by an auxiliary liquid supply pump 7 and the supply of the lean cryoprecipitate to the return line 17 is changed, by which the line is connected to a thick red blood cell liquid transporting line 18.
