Monoclonal antibody to high molecular weight human epidermal growth factor.

摘要

A monoclonal antibody is recovered from the culture of hybridomas made by the fusion of myeloma cells with cells of a mammal immunized with high-molecular-weight human epidermal growth factor of about 33 kilodalton (HMW-hEGF). The antibody specifically recognizes HMW-hEGF, and can be employed in collecting HMW-hEGF from human urine and in assaying HMWhEGF in human body fluid for diagnosing brain tumor.
