NEW MATERIAL:Cationic amphiphatic substances represented by formula I (X is halogen; A1, A2-An are amino acid residue; R is 12-22C alkyl.) containing an oligopeptide fragment. EXAMPLE:L-prolyl-L-prolyl-L-prolyl-L-prolyl-L-glutamic acid dodecylamide hydrochloride. USE:An emulsifier, stabilizer, dispersant and wetting-out agent for foods, cosmetics, dyes, etc., and a material for a drug-carrier. PREPARATION:For example, a compound of formula II (P is protective group for N-terminal of oligopeptide.) is coupled with an L-glutamic acid long chain alkylamide hydrobromide, etc., represented by formula III using diethylphosphorocyanidate or diphenylphosphoryl azide to obtain a compound of formula I. |
