During the cultivation period after hyphae agitating (vegetative growth), solar rays condensed by a solar ray condensor (17) are introduced into a sealed cultivation chamber through optical fibers (8) and are radiated intermittently to mushrooms for a predetermined time. The method and apparatus of the present invention can generate an environment which is approximate to the natural cultivation environment of mushrooms. The illuminance, wavelength and radiation time of the solar rays are adjusted, whenever necessary. |
