PURPOSE:To improve operability by permitting a conversion means to convert the content of a processing column file corrected by means of a table generation means to that of a filing system, which can be dealt with a processing column display part. CONSTITUTION:The processing column display part 1-2 displays the content of the processing column of a table system, which is in the processing column file (a) in accordance with a processing. The processing column file (a) keeps processing column data of the table system in an index formation file, and the filing system conversion means 1-4 mutually converts a sequential formation file and the index formation file. A processing column file (b) keeps processing column data of the table system in the sequential formation file, and the table generation means 1-9 executes generation, correction and deletion with respect to data of the table system in the sequential formation file. Consequently, the processing column is customized only by altering the processing column of the table system by the table generation means 1-9 and converting the filing system by the conversion means 1-4, and therefore the processing column can easily be altered to that adjusted to the need of a user. Thus, operability improves.
