PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a sag, and to increase the strength of the thread section of a threaded cylinder largely by forming the thread section in such a manner that a first FRT material and a second FRP material are alternately wound and laminated continuously and approximately length wise and breadth wise, a spiral specified shape is formed and a cylinder section is formed by winding and laminating continuously the first or second FRP material. CONSTITUTION:Resin 8 impregnated cloth materials 7 as one examples of first FRP materials A and resin 8 impregnated roving materials 9 as one examples of second FRP materials B, the first FRP materials A and the second FRP materials B, are alternately wound and laminated respectively continuously and length wise and breadth wise, thus shaping a thread section 10 formed to a spiral specified shape. The cloth materials 7 and the roving materials 9 are wound and laminated alternately and approximately length wise and breadth wise, thus forming the thread section 10 having the spiral specified shape. The cloth materials 7 or the roving materials 9 are wound and laminated to form a cylinder section 12 continuously connected to the thread section 10, and fibers are maintained under a continuous state in each thread section 10 in the cloth materials 7 and the roving materials 9. Accordingly, the strength of the thread sections 10 is increased remarkably, thus supporting a larger heavy article. |
