PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing interference with an operator cab of construction machinery, which can surely prevent a malfunction in a hydraulic actuator from being caused by actuation of a heat circuit, even if the heat circuit and a resistance means are provided. SOLUTION: This apparatus for preventing the interference with the operator cab is equipped with a pilot pressure control circuit which includes a directional control valve 13 for a first boom, a pilot valve 14 and pilot lines 17 and 18, a boom angle sensor 9, electromagnetic valves 19 and 20, and a controller 28. The apparatus is also equipped with the heat circuit which is connected to parts of the pilot lines 17 and 18, and throttle valves 21 and 22 which are arranged in the parts of the pilot lines 17 and 18 positioned between a connection point of the heat circuit and the pilot valve 14. Furthermore, the apparatus is also equipped with a pressure sensor 34 for detecting the actuation of the heat circuit, and a control means for bringing the control valve 13 into a neutral state when the actuation of the heat circuit is detected by the pressure sensor 34.
