On the upper platform 2 of its bed (bench) 1, the machine incorporates a support column 3 to which is fastened, at the top, a head 4, 6, 7, 8 for supplying a continuous web of paper 5 which is entrained by a drawing clamp 12, divided by pneumatic shears 14 and inserted inside the ring doughnut 20, where lateral rammers 24 hold it whilst likewise crosswise folding devices 26 lower it into the working zone of a welder 28 which closes the strip of paper on itself, forming a ring or enclosure carrying tamperproof information relating to the product in question. <IMAGE>
