PURPOSE:To accelerate a lowering of resin temp. and to prevent the generation of carbide by utilizing the pressure of pressure oil changing according to the molten state of the resin in a heating cylinder to change the number of rotations of a screw. CONSTITUTION:When the temp. of a resin is high and the viscosity thereof is low, the force acting on a screw 1 is weak and the pressure of the hydraulic pipeline 19 between a hydraulic motor 2 and a hydraulic pump 3 is low and, therefore, pressure detected by a pressure detector 15 is low. Contrarily, when the temp. of the resin is low and the viscosity thereof is high, since the force acting on the screw 1 is increased, the pressure detected by the pressure detector 15 becomes high. Therefore, when the temp. of the resin is lowered with the finish of molding work, a change-over switch 16 is closed, and the signal from the pressure detector 15 and the signal of a screw number-of-rotation setting device 9 are together inputted to an operator 17 and, herein, the number of rotations of the screw 1 are increased when pressure is low to intensify the convection of the resin but lowered when pressure is high to prevent the generation of heat due to shearing. |
