PURPOSE:To prevent stoppage of a system upon generation of abnormality therein by supplying a current from a chopper upon generation of abnormality or of failure in an inverter. CONSTITUTION:There are provided power supplies 3, 5 supplied with AC power from a system power supply 12 as well as with DC output power from a fuel cell, first conversion means (inverter) 2 performing the transformation of DC-AC of DC output power and supplying it to the power supplies 3, 5, and a second conversion means (chopper) 8 performing the transformation of DC-DC of the DC output power from the cell 1 and supplies it to the power supplies 3, 5. When at least any one of the power supplies 3, 5 has abnormality, the AC power from the means 2 is blocked and the DC power output from the means 8 is supplied to the power sources. It is thus possible to prevent this system from being stopped owing to power loss. |
