PURPOSE: To provide a blood collecting device which maintains a prescribed expanded shape as well as may collect blood by sucking by providing the device with a foldable bag and a reinforcing material on an adjacent place opposing the outside of the bag. CONSTITUTION: An assembly 16 is inserted into a holder 18, the assembly is expanded, and then the same is disinfected by ethylene oxide(ETO). When collected blood is injected again by the assembly 16 with an injection hole 22 and the discharge hole 30 closed, as the blood comes out from a discharge hole 73, the assembly is folded without giving pressure or compressive force on the collecting assembly. By this structure and a prescribed size of a stiff holder 18, the assembly 16 easily becomes a designated shape and thus to have practically the prescribed volume. Therefore, an assembly like this may be attached with a scale to accurately display an amount of collected blood.
