<p>PURPOSE:To surely execute the detection of a colored foreign matter in white compound powder executed subsequently by an optical detector by executing a preprocessing such as an elimination of static electricity, etc., to the white compound powder supplied to a transfer device and leveling its surface. CONSTITUTION:White compound powder to be inspected 2 in a hopper bottle 1 is supplied by a prescribed quantity each to a continuous vibration supply means 4 through a sub-hopper 3. Static electricity of the powder 2 which is discharged, while being given vibration from the continuous vibration supply means 4 is eliminated by a static electricity eliminating means 6. The powder whose static electricity is eliminated is supplied successively onto a transfer means 5, and its surface is leveled by a squeegee 8. The leveled powder is scanned by a reflection type gas laser scanning detector 11 constituted of a gas laser scanner 9 and a photodetector 10, and a colored foreign matter mixed in the powder is brought to detection count and detected.</p> |
