PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer type thermodevelopable diffusion transfer photosensitive material prevented from color turbidity and improved in transferability of a dye from the lowest layer, by forming a nonphotosensitive interlayer contg. an immobile reducing agent capable of reducing the oxidized product of a developing agent between different couple of photosensitive layers. CONSTITUTION:Each interlayer between each color sensitive layer of a multilayer type thermodevelopable color diffusion transfer photographic material contg. photosensitive silver halide, org. silver salt, a color donor capable of releasing of roming diffusible dye in thermodevelopment, a reducing agent, and a binder contains a reducing agent represented by formula I or II [in which R1- R4 are each H, sulfo, COOH, or 1-18C straight or branched alkyl serviceable as an immobilizing group, preferably, being hydrophilic, for inhibiting this compd. from moving from this layer to other layers, and at least one of them is such a group, and the compd. may be substd. by an optionally substd. benzamide group.], exemplified by formula III, IV, etc. As a result, color mixing due to mixing with other color, etc. can be prevented. |
