Said device includes a feeding unit comprising an electrical driving engine and a gear pump designed as a gerotor pump and actuated directly by the driving engine; the pinion of said gear pump is arranged eccentrically within an annular internal gear enclosing the pinion, its gear ring enclosing the armature shaft, whereby the gear ring of the pinion engages the inner gear ring of the annular gear, the outer casing of the annular gear is arranged on the inner casing of a ring fixed on the frame and the rotary drive between driving engine and gear pump is effected via coupling means. In order to obtain more room for properly lodging the pinion in the area where it rests on the armature shaft of the electromotor, the coupling means are linked on the one hand in a fixed manner with the rotor of the electromotor and on the other hand in a rotationally fixed manner with the annular gear of the gerotor.
