PURPOSE:To configure a system configuration flexibly and economically by providing several types of liquids of different densities and obtaining an optimum attenuation quantity with one attenuator. CONSTITUTION:The title device consists of vessels 1-4 storing liquids 1a-4a of the different densities provided in contact with light passing spaces 1'-4'. The vessels 1-4 are provided with liquid injecting pins 5-8. That is to say, the liquid 1a-4a of the different densities has different attenuation quantities to passing light. Consequently, in order to obtain the necessary light attenuation quantity, only the liquid of the relevant density or the liquids of the plural densities are combined and injected to the light passing spaces 1'-4'. Thus, it can be made possible to get in the reaction range of a light reception circuit. |
