PURPOSE:To obtain the agitation device of simple structure which is excellent in agitational function without dead spaces and saves electric power by providing the agitator having two blades which are coaxially disposed with different radial distances from the common revolving center in a supply opening and a taking-out opening and have opposite spiral direction each other. CONSTITUTION:When revolving shaft 8, 9 are revolved by a driving unit, the material to be agitated is moved to a direction parallel to the revolving center by an outer spiral strip blade 5, collided against one end wall of a vessel 1, and then reversely moved by an inner spiral strip blade 8. The material to be agitated is collided against the other end wall of the vessel 1, and pushed out to the outside and to the revolving center side, and the material pushed out to the outside is moved by the blade 5, and the material pushed out to the revolving 3 center side is move by the pushing-out force. The agitation is casrried out by these fluid flows as well as by complicated turbulent flows. Thus, the fluid flows are generated all over the inside of the vessel 1, and the agitation effect is sharply improved. When this device is used for the agitation device of a polymerizing reactor, the reaction is efficiently proceeded and the quality of the product is stable and excellent. |
