PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid of foaming synthetic resin from leaking out of the position wherein the terminal themselves of a first and second skin material are closed to each other by arranging a skin material into a foaming mold in a form wherein the terminals of the first and second skin material are covered with a synthetic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:The first skin material 18 attached with a synthetic resin sheet 24 is arranged in a lower mold 12, and a second skin material 19 is arranged in an upper mold 13. Under the condition wherein a headrest frame 27 and stay 25 are adhered, the headrest frame 27 is inserted into the lower mold 12, and, the terminal 18a of the first skin material 18 and the terminal 19a of the second skin material 19 themselves are adjoined by performing a mold matching of the upper mold 13 to the lower mold 12. In this occasion, since the synthetic resin sheet 24 comes to be a state of covering the terminals 18a, 19a of the first and second skin materials 18, 19, there is not any fear that the liquid leaks outside from the clearance of terminals 18a, 19a of the first and second skin materials 18, 19 during the injection period of liquid of the foam synthetic resin. |
