PURPOSE:To improve the water resistant, the chemical resistant and the injury resistant properties of the title sheet by laminating a polymer film on a optical image forming layer after exposing the layer, and thermally fixing the laminated film at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A light image forming material is constituted of the optical image forming layer contg. a microcapsule enclosed a leucodyestuff capable of oxidatively coloring and a light oxidizing agent therein, and a reducing agent as a main component, and a supporting body. The sheet is formed by exposing the material to form a picture, and then subjecting the obtd. material to the laminating treatment of the polymer film (such as a polyethylene film) on the optical image forming layer at a temp. of >=90 deg.C, and the thermal fixa tion of the laminated film, at the same time. And, a mercury lamp, etc., is used for a light source for an exposure, and a laminator etc., is used for the laminating treatment. |
