PURPOSE:To improve operability and to increase operation efficiency by updating the recording of a card at a corresponding level at a higher mastering degree, and executing guidance when a last input time is shorter than a current input time. CONSTITUTION:As the picture displaying of a CRT display device 6, two types of whole operation guidance collective displaying and single operation guidance displaying are accommodated in a memory in a CRT control part 17, and the former displaying is selected at the time of an informal explanation, and the latter is selected at the time of the ordinary explanation. A voice control part 19 reproduces and outputs the operation guidance accommodated in a sound recording device 21 by the instruction of a control part 9 through a speaker 7. A necessary time from the start of the input by a customer by means of a timer 10 till the completion is monitored at every transaction, when the last input time is shorter than the current input time, the recording of the card is updated to the corresponding level at the higher mastering degree, and at the next transaction, the guidance is executed at the higher corresponding level. Thus, a wait time is shortened, the operability is improved, and the operation efficiency can be increased. |
