PURPOSE:To improve the data processing efficiency by inputting the characters or the numeric characters or the numeric characters and the character data by reference to the dictionary data and converting them into the data of a prescribed form to output this data. CONSTITUTION:The information obtained from the calculation and stored in an information storing device 1 is temporarily taken out 9 and supplied to an information storing device 2. A display device 10 takes the information out of the device 2 and displays it on a display device 7. At the same time, the dictionary data obtained from the produced storing information is outputted to an information storing device 3 via a dictionary data output device 12. Then a dictionary data extracting device 13 takes the dictionary data out of the device 3 and supplies it to a temporary information storing device 4. Then a dictionary is interpreted 14 and the dictionary data is taken out of the device 4 and converted into a process instruction after interpretation. Furthermore the information are merged 15 and the process instruction converted by a dictionary interpreting device 14 is merged with the output information of the device 1 to be stored in a temporary information storing device 5. Then the information is outputted to an information storing device 6 having a prescribed form from the device 5. |
