Device intended to interrupt the general electrical supply of a vehicle in the event of a crash, collision or loss of control. The invention relates to a device which interrupts the general electrical supply of a road vehicle at the moment of a crash in order to avoid or limit the risks of fire. It consists essentially of the base 1, the chassis 2, the plate 3, the square 6, the terminal 7, the springs 8, the strip 9, the ball 10 and the spring 12. Under the effect of a crash, the ball 10 is expelled and the spring 12 is no longer constrained, thus allowing the springs 8 to raise the strip 9 interrupting all electrical connection from the base 1 to the terminal 7. <IMAGE>
