<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title ink which has a sheet resistivity freely controlled within a specified range, does not undergo solid/liquid separation even when left standing at room temperature for several months and is excellent in the ability to print a microstructure by mixing an Ru salt of a resin acid with other metallic components, a binder resin and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:An organoruthenium ink is produced by mixing an Ru salt of a resin acid (of an Ru content of 20%) with other metallic components (e.g., resinates of Rh, Pb, Si, B, Al, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, Ar, Ba, Sr, K and La), at least one resin selected from among an alkyd resin, a urea resin, a melamine resin and a rosin derivative resin as a binder resin and a solvent (e.g., methanol or xylene). This ink has a sheet resistivity freely controllable within a range from 100OMEGA/cm<2> to 10kOMEGA/cm<2>, so uniform and stable that it does not undergo liquid-solid separation even when left standing at room temperature for several months and is excellent in the ability to print a microstructure.</p> |
