PURPOSE: To securely and easily input a control command for securing safety and a control command for an ordinary purpose by practicing the control commands, and also generating a response signal for clarifying a control state by a control device in stationary transmitter-receiver units for receiving control signals of portable transmitter-receiver units. CONSTITUTION: Portable transmitter-receiver units 17, 18 have a microprocessor, ten keys and fixed keys for inputting a rarely appearing control command and a comparatively frequently appearing control command, a memory permanently storing an extremely frequently appearing control command, a radio transmitter device having an actuation mode selecting switch, a receiver device and an indicator. While, stationary transmitter-receiver units 21, 22a to 22d, 23 have a receiver device for receiving a control signal, a microprocessor for safe-technologically analyzing a received control signal and transferring the control signal to a control device and a transmitter device for transmitting a response signal for informing a control state. |
