PURPOSE:To reproduce information during information recording and to record information during information reproduction by controlling positioning of a second head means and a first head means at a required arbitrary reproduction starting point and a recording starting point. CONSTITUTION:When the information is recorded by a first head 2, and the information reproduction is required, a second head 3 is positioned at the required arbitrary reproduction starting point by a second head positioning means 5, and the information at the arbitrary position is reproduced simultaneously with the information recording. Further, when the information is reproduced by the second head positioning means 4, and the information recording is required, the first head 2 is positioned at the required arbitrary recording starting position by the first head positioning means 4, and the information is recorded at the arbitrary position of the disk simultaneously with the information reproduction. Thus, the information can be suitably reproduced during the information recording and recorded during the information reproduction. |
