It comprises: a power stage in the form of a modular plate associated bodily to each one of the parts of an illuminated sign, connected to the light sources of the controlled part by means of wires of relatively short length, replacement being easy; a central control unit which incorporates a memory unit and an internal electronic programmer; an ambient-light sensor and a stage for coupling to a modulator/demodulator for telephone connection with another modem associated with a computer whose keyboard allows modification of the functional characteristics of the programmer and of the internal control unit of the entire installation, with supplementary control by means of an ambient-light sensor. <IMAGE>
