摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an electrically changable nonvolatile latch device by constituting so that the output end of a first inverter element is connected to the input end of a second inverter element and the output end of the second inverter element is connected to the input end of the first inverter element. CONSTITUTION: A basic latch circuit 10 is provided with two sub circuits, a first sub circuit is made to be a cross-linking static clutch, which is provided with two P chanel field effect transistors 12 and 14 and two N chanel field effect transistors 16 and 18. A second sub circuit is provided with two nonvolatile memory transistors 21 and 22. Drains of transistors 12 and 16 are mutually combined at a node A, and drains of transistors 14 and 18 are mutually combined at a node B. And the cross-linking inverter is rapidly latched in a suitable condition by feeding a suitable voltage level at the input end of the other inverter. By this way, the electrically changable latch is obtained.</p> |
