(A) A prepn., for prodn. of prefabricated elements or similar products, contains sulphur filler, thixotropic agent (pref. silica gel or esp. quartz dust), as well as opt. aggregate, biocide and fibre reinforcement. (B) A plant for mfg. sulphur-based construction elements includes a solids storage vessel with a metering device connected to a pre-mixer which delivers homogenised dry mix to a buffer vessel. The mix is transferred to a delivery vessel into which pulverulent material and liq. are metered. The delivery vessel discharges into an intensive mixer. The plant also includes a filling device equipped with a closure element, a filter system connecting an air pump and air heater and heat sensors for preventing overheating.
