PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency of vacuum pump by equipping an expanding chamber and a takeoff chamber both having an exhaust circuit connected to a vacuum pump with a preliminary exhaust circuit connected to a preliminary vacuum pump and connecting the preliminary vacuum tank to the vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:An airtight expanding chamber 1 which is provided with an exhaust circuit 3 connected to a vacuum pump 2 and an induction circuit 4 to take atmospheric air and into which an foamable ingredient 5 is fed from the outside is successively equipped with an airtight cooling chamber 7 provided with a cooler 9 to cool the fumble ingredient 5 fed from an expanding chamber 1 through a middle partition valve 8. Further, the cooling chamber 7 is connected to an airtight takeoff chamber 11 which is provided with an exhaust circuit 13 communicated with the vacuum pump 2 and an induction circuit 14 to take atmospheric air and takes out the expanded ingredient 5 sent from the cooling chamber 7 through the partition valve 12 to the outside. Then the expanding chamber 1 and the takeoff chamber 11 are equipped with a preliminary exhaust circuit 17 connected to a preliminary vacuum tank 16 and the tank 16 is connected to the vacuum pump 2. Consequently, operation efficiency of the vacuum pump is improved. |
