PURPOSE:To obtain a seasoning material having high stability and excellent hygienicity by including and solidifying various seasoning materials or seasoning liquids in a thermo-reversible substance such as gelatin and packaging the solidified product with a packaging material having filtration capability such as nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:Food raw materials such as meat pieces, bone pieces or sinews of beef, pork, chicken, etc., vegetable pieces or mushrooms are boiled or baked, seasoned to desired taste and flavor and, as necessary, mixed with a necessary amount of a separately prepared extract of beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, etc. The obtained mixture is added with a thermo-reversible food-compatible liquid such as dissolved hot gelatin liquid, pectin liquid or agar liquid and is cooled to obtain a solidified product. The solidified product is wrapped with a fabric having filtering function such as nonwoven fabric, raised natural fiber fabric or Japanese paper or a fiber cloth produced by coating the above fabric with gelatin liquid, starch paste, etc., and the coating layer is dried. The opening of the wrapping cloth is closed e.g. by bonding or sewing. |
