PURPOSE:To prevent the production of any punch-pressed chip at the time of being subjected to a punching-out and forming process by mutually combining the mutual intersecting points of wire rods forming a net in a molten condition. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode current collector body 2 is manufactured by continuously feeding each hoop member of a stainless steel consisting of materials such as SUS304, SUS316, etc., to a punching press machine and punching out a round shape from it to form it into the shape of a disk. This hoop member is subjected to anneal treatment at the temperature of an extent from 1,000 to 1,200 degrees Centigrade and as a result, the mutual intersecting points 2b of respective wire rods 2a forming the net are mutually combines in one united body in a molten condition. Namely, the portion of the intersecting points or the neighboring area, even in the case where it has been cut off by means of the press, is prevented from its exfoliation for maintenance of its combined condition so as not to produce any punch-pressed chip because the mutual intersecting points of the wire rods forming the net have been mutually combined in a molten condition. |
