摘要 PURPOSE:To augment the mechanical strength of the connecting parts between inner electrodes and outer electrodes by a method wherein oblique surfaces are formed on the ends on the outer electrode side of a ceramic dielectric sheet to provide inner electrodes on the ends and the oblique surfaces for thickening the electrodes on the surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The sheet of a ceramic dielectric 1 is cut off at a cutting line. Oblique surfaces 1a, 1b are formed on the edge parts of both ends on the sides connecting to outer electrodes 3. Inner electrodes 2b are printed on the oblique surfaces 1a, 1b and both ends. At this time, corner extension parts (c) are formed on the oblique surfaces 1a, 1b so that the previously printed inner electrodes 2a may be connected to the electrode 2b on the oblique surfaces 1a. Multiple sheets are laminated to obtain static capacity requiring strip type sheets and then cut off at a cutting line 5b to form the minimum unit. Through these procedures, the mechanical strength of the connecting parts between the inner electrodes and the outer electrodes can be augmented.
