PURPOSE:To reduce an unerased part by providing the irradiation time of an energy beam power with a low level between the beam powers with a middle and a high levels. CONSTITUTION:Recording is performed by returning the level of the energy beam power to the middle level after lowering once from the middle level to the low level by a downward pulse and holding for a constant time, and lowering it to the middle level after raising to the high level by an upward pulse, or, it is performed by raising the level to the high level by the upward pulse and next, returning to the middle level once, and lowering to the low level by the downward pulse after holding for the constant time, and furthermore, raising to the middle level. It is desirable to set a time held at the middle level at five times the pulse with the smallest width out of both pulses, and more preferably, three times. The increment of energy while the level of the energy beam power is raised from the middle level to the high level and furthermore, returned to the middle level is desirable to set at 0.8-1.2 times the decrement of the energy until the level is returned to the middle level after lowering once from the middle level to the low level, more preferably, 0.9-1.1 times. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the unerased part. |
