PURPOSE:To omit troublesome post-treatment work and to perform a series of works simply and rapidly by flatly forming the connection part of a frame body and a glass main body without providing difference in level by molding the frame body in such a state that a film is interposed between the frame body and the glass main body. CONSTITUTION:After polypropylene films 3 are applied to upper and lower molds 1, 2, negative pressure is applied to the films 3 to respectively suck the same to the upper and lower molds 1, 2. Next, the edge part of a glass plate 4a having an almost rectangular shape is inserted between the upper and lower molds 1, 2 to be placed on the lower mold 2 and, after both molds are clamped, urethane is injected in a cavity 5 from the main body of a molding machine through an injection port 9. Subsequently, the upper mold 1 is reversely moved to be opened from the lower mold 2 and the glass plate 4a having a frame body 6 integrally molded on the edge part thereof is taken out and the films 3 superposed and adhered to the urethane are subsequently peeled off. When a predetermined pattern is desired to be formed to the surface of the frame body 6, a transfer film is used as each of the films 3. |
