<p>An accumulation-type conveyor comprises a guideway (1) for direct or indirect support of unit loads to be moved along the guide track (1) under the action of a continuously operating conveyor belt (8) arranged below the guideway (1). The guideway (1) is perforated by at least one towing conveyor slit (2) through which driving dogs extend. Each driving dog surrounds, on the belt side, at least three rollers or cylinders (4, 5) arranged above the belt in the direction of movement at equal distances behind and above each other. The conveyor belt is looped around part of each roller or cylinder and together with the rollers or cylinders forms a slip drive for the driving dogs (3).</p> |
