PURPOSE:To attain a toner cartridge free from problems such as the inclusion of foreign material and moisture absorption by sealing the both edges a plastic cylinder with a plastic flange and providing at least one flange with an inserting positioning material. CONSTITUTION:The toner cartridge 1 is formed of the hollow cylinder 2, a toner supplying port 2a formed in a side wall thereof, a seal 3 covering thereon, and the flange 4 and 5. The cylinder 2 is formed of polyvinyl chloride, etc., by means of injection molding, etc. The flange 4 has a collar part 4a, a knob part 4b, a projection 5a being the inserting positioning material on the peripheral surface of its edge part, and an opening 5b in its lower part. A cap 6 is inserted into the opening 5b after toner is filled. The flanges 4 and 5 are formed of plastic of the same kind as the cylinder 2. The inclusion of foreign material and moisture absorption are prevented under this constitution. |
