A method for reproducing a waste silicon oil comprises (a) preparing a mixing gas (N2:H2=1:1) of a hydrazine by the pyrolysis of the hydrazine in the presence of palladium at 120≦̸C, (b) mixing the silicon oil with the mixing gas and deoxidizing, and (c) removing dust and impurities from the silicon oil by use of zeolite and active carbon.
