Transfer apparatus for transfer of portioned bakery products comprises feed equipment for feeding the portions (2) and a turning drum (1), which is provided with partitions (8) for turning of the portions (2) and transfer thereof to removal transport equipment. A frame (6) with guide elements (7) is mounted to be pivotable about an axis parallel to the drum and at its free end carries a cam roller (10) which rests on the cam track of a cam disc (12) for pivoting of the guide elements into and out of the drum.
