CONSTITUTION:A recorded electrocardio signal is read by the operation of a key part 6 and displayed through a liquid crystal displaying driver 5 to a liquid crystal displaying part 4. In the same way, a necessary recording electrocardio signal is outputted through a D/A-converter 12 and an amplifier 13 to an external part by the operation of the key part 6 and can be written to a chart. An IC card to make a ROM 10 and a RAM 11 into a unit is combined through a connector 14 to a portable device main body. When an impact such as dropping is added to the timing when a CPU 7 reads the program of the ROM 10, there is a danger that a vital malfunction is generated.
