An electrical relay control device for a power line switch 37 is proposed which can be produced with a small degree of constructional outlay and in a space-saving manner and the mode of operation of which at the same time virtually cannot be adversely affected by heat losses arising at its electrical components. A low-voltage direct current relay 18, e.g. having a nominal voltage of 12 volts, is connected by means of at least one switching contact 43 to a low-voltage alternating current supply of for example 220 volts nominal voltage. The switching current circuit for the relay 38 is connected via a capacitor 39 and a bridge-connected rectifier 40 to the alternating current supply. A capacitor 41 is connected between the positive output and the minus output of the bridge-connected rectifier 40. Furthermore, a transistor 42 is connected via its collector and its emitter in series with the relay 38 to the positive output of the bridge-connected rectifier, whilst the base of the transistor 42 can be connected via the switching contact 43 to the positive output of the bridge-connected rectifier 40. The switching contact 43 has a thermometer spring as switching element which can be deformed as a function of temperature or else a hygrometer spring which is deformable as a function of air humidity. <IMAGE> |
