In a first step (1), human milk is subjected to microfiltration on a membrane having a pore diameter of the order of 0.1 to 0.3 νm, in order to obtain a permeate n° 1, which is comprised of a fraction containing a major proportion of α-lactalbumine; lactoferrine; serum albimune; peptides; and a retentate n° 1, which is comprised of a fraction containing a major proportion of lactoferrine, caseins; and proteins of higher molecular weights; and in a second step (2), the permeate n° 1 is subjected to ultrafiltration on a membrane having a cutting threshold comprised between 80,000 and 300,000 daltons approximately in order to obtain a permeate n° 2 which is comprised of a fraction containing a major proportion of α-lactalbumine and a minor fraction of proteines and peptides of smaller molecular weights, and a retentate n° 2 which is comprised of a fraction containing a major proportion of lactoferrine and a minor proportion of serum albumine.
|
