<p>A prosthetic device (28) or a three-dimensional object (O) having surface characteristics derived from data obtained from a patient (22) and from data (MODEL) created to modify the surface characteristics of the object is obtained by sensing the object by transducer (21, T, 170, 302), and a solid modeling system (29, 201) with memory (24) and a processor, and process control elements (BF, BD, MODEL, CAD format) for constructing three dimension data files (BF) based upon mathematical creation of solid model (28) with cuberille data. Various transducers are illustrated, including free wand transducers (402) of plane image location and xyz coordinate location of subject elements, and a system for sampling data from ultrasound (170), CT scan, Magnetic Resonant Imaging (MRI) scan and other techniques are described, along with surgical methods of treatment and diagnosis. Numerically Controll (NC) machine tool (27) is an output tool of transfer of files to create a three dimension duplicate of solid object (28), which may have been broken before the unbroken duplicate is created.</p> |
